I went out to celebrate my bff's birthday last night and after many many cocktails, I finally confessed to my fabulous friends about starting a blog. I hadn't told anyone about it yet, b/c basically I was hoping to make it fabulous before anyone saw it.
Anyways, they were excited to hear about it and we started talking about themes. Since Messy Lulu is kind of a ...mess, I have decided I need to focus on one theme. I have decided I want my theme to be "Fashion Blog of the South." I guess that may sound a little bold right now, but maybe someday...
I will be trying to focus more on fashion and styles that I like. I'm not the type of girl who can really afford designer labels right now, so I will be showing people I see everyday that inspire me, my friends, local and southern designers, and other fashion blogs. I will also be posting plenty of things that I am currently obsessed with in the world of high-end fashion too.
I don't claim to be an expert and may get side track with a good recipe, a fun place to go, or even a crafts project, but as long as it is fabulous, I will be posting about it.
PS- Any bloggers out there, who have suggestions on how to make my blog better, or when/ how much to update, or any suggestions at all, I would love to hear from you!
